2. Then we contact you to discuss the various possibilities and give you an idea of what is involved.

3. A Proposal is put together with pricing and forwarded to you for approval.

4. Fine tuning of event and further details.

5. Contract is forwarded and must be signed and returned with deposit.

6. Remainder is due before the event.

From start to finish you are kept up to date on all progress and are fully participant in all activities.
